Welcome to my creative vintage world.  I love to create, recreate, use, and reuse treasures from the past as well as the here and now.  You will find me visiting estate sales, yard sales, back yard buildings, road side junk piles, antique stores, thrift stores, and just about anywhere that I can find usable treasures to create my unique wind chimes.  If I can drill a hole in it and hang a string from it, then it is fair game for my one of a kind wind chimes.  If I find old chandeliers with glass prisms, I use the prisms to create my sun catchers.  

My grandmother was a creative diva.  Mabel was always trying different crafts and was always successful at all of them.  I am a carbon copy of her.  My favorite thing she taught me was rug hooking.  I have one of her hand hooked yarn rugs in my house. It is still beautiful and durable.  

Along with my wind chimes and sun catchers, I also create hand hooked yarn and wool rugs, wool braided rugs, and woven rugs from cotton strips. 

Yes, the world is my creative artistic playground.  If I am not in my shop creating, then I am out searching for things to use to create.  

My shop is always full of items waiting for their turn to be used and loved again!
